Registration is open until 01 March 2026. The registration fee (350 Euro) includes:
– All taxes and fees
– Attendance in conference sessions
– Conference material
– Daily lunch, coffee/tea (x2), and refreshments during the event
– Welcome reception
– IAU proceedings
The Oxford Abstract (OA) platform is used to handle all submissions and registrations for IAUS406, including payments (via Paypal or credit card). You may be required to create an OA account to proceed.
In case you wish to cancel or modify your registration and cruise booking, a refund may be requested by sending an email to the LOC (iaus2026turku@gmail.com). In all cases, a 50 EUR administration fee will be charged. Changes and refunds will not be accepted after 01 March 2026. Registration and cruise booking may be transferred to another person on request, but no change in cabin type is allowed.

Cruise and conference dinner tickets are available for purchase in the registration form (as an “add-on”). You may revisit your registration and purchase event add-ons at a later date, and anytime up to 01 March 2026.
